Prior to joining Wheeler Steffen Sotheby's International Real Estate, Monica co-owned and helped manage a construction management company with her husband who is also a general contractor. She has lived with her family in Long Beach, San Gabriel, Huntington Beach, and Maui before settling in Big Bear.

Monica uses her multi-ethnic background to be able to relate to a variety of people and speaks Spanish. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, skiing, and boating as well as discovering the hidden gems in the beautiful mountain town of Big Bear Lake.
